Job Title: Admin & Events Assistant
Location: The Fox and Firkin, Lewisham
Hours: Monday-Sunday
Pay: £16-17 per hour
About the Role:
The Fox and Firkin is looking for a reliable and organised Bar Manager to support the day-to-day running of our venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- What You’ll Be Doing
As our Bar Manager, you’ll be the friendly face leading the bar team and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your main responsibilities:
- Running the bar day-to-day.
- Leading, training & supporting our team.
- Looking after stock.
- Creating a fun, safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Working closely with our events team for gigs, DJs and private bookings.
Requirements:
- Previous bar manager experience.
- Fully Flexible - including late nights and weekend work.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Interest in music, events, and hospitality is a plus.
- A team player who’s happy to take initiative and get involved when needed.
- Willing to be on camera for the purpose of The Fox & Firkin's Social Media
- Cocktail training required (able to train bar staff on making cocktails)
