Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our friendly team at The White Horse. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our pub.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
