Are you caring, resilient, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential? We’re looking for dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our team in a warm, welcoming children’s residential home in Burton upon Trent.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting young people in their daily routines, education, and leisure activities.
- Providing emotional and practical care tailored to individual needs.
- Encouraging the development of life skills and independence.
- Creating a nurturing, structured, and safe home environment.
- Working closely with other team members and professionals.
- Being available to cover shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children/young people (preferred but not essential).
- A calm, caring, and empathetic personality.
- Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the home.
- Team players who can also work independently.
- A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) is a bonus.
