We are a new Japanese-style bakery café located in Waterloo, London, dedicated to offering authentic Japanese baked goods to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake products such as bagels and croissants, and create sandwiches and desserts.
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate and present finished products
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Certification in culinary arts or bakery is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
