Baker/ Kitchen assistant at The Edensor Tea Cottage, DE45 1PH
Part time = willing to consider those looking for 2 days, 3 days of 4 days work.
Must be able to work weekends.

Job role
- Bake cakes, tray bakes scones and set up Afternoon teas ( full training will be given)
- To ensure all baking is date labelled and ingredient labelled day to day
- To make sure there is always a variety of traybakes and cakes on display, including bakes that cater for people with special dietaries.
- Ensure all Allergies guidance is adhered to
- Help to keep the kitchen clean and tidy
- Ensure all crockery and equipment is washed, cleaned and stored appropriately, and that the overall cleaning of the kitchen/baking area is carried out effectively.
- Ensure statutory Health and Safety standards are adhered to

- Knowledge of food, food hygiene and food preparation

Qualifications Required
- Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (this can be obtained once offered the position - cost to employee £24 online course)
- First Aid at Work (ideal)
