We are currently looking for a creative baker/patisserie chef for our busy Cafes and Restaurant. You will be baking for Partisan and Brancusi Cake Counters.
Cakes and pastries are an important aspect of what we are known for and we pride ourselves for using only the best quality ingredients with an emphasis of seasonality and freshness.
You must have previous baking experience and be able to work efficiently to accommodate the rythm of our kitchen.
You must be able to develop a style that reflects our ethos and within this you will be given a lot of freedom to develop your own flare. You must be able to work weeekends.
A passion and understanding for food, cakes, cake trends and ingredients is key.
You will be working as part of a team, on your own and with an assistant depending on the day of the week. You will receive a share of service charge (tronc) pro rata to the hours and days you work.
