We want our staff to feel safe, supported and included within Whittington Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services. We want to value the things that make us unique, including all protected characteristics. Therefore, we wish to foster a positive culture which will allow all staff to flourish and ensure that everyone is valued and respected. We are working towards a non-defensive position that recognises the biases held within large organisations.

This requires commitment, support and action from everyone at all levels of the organisation to change cultures and attitudes. We hope that this positive culture will promote a more accessible and inclusive service for staff, children, young people, families, carers and partner stakeholders.

Please see job description and person specification attached.
