A leading design studio known for its bespoke, luxury interiors is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Interior Designer to join their creative team. Role Overview:
You’ll support Senior and Mid-Weight Designers across all stages of projects, from concept development to FF&E procurement. This is a hands-on role where learning, responsibility, and collaboration go hand-in-hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project documents, schedules, and material palettes.
- Help maintain and update the sample library and supplier database.
- Liaise professionally with suppliers and fabricators.
- Support bespoke furniture design using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Learn and contribute to FF&E procurement processes, budget tracking, and order follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury interior design (internships count).
- Competence in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; SketchUp preferred.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with ArchiCAD or Esti-PC.
- A well-organised portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical knowledge.
