Are you an experienced Asset Management professional looking for your next challenge?
We’re seeking an Asset Programme Co-ordinator to lead on the preparation, planning, programming, and delivery of all investment-related projects as part of our values-driven team.
As a key member of the Torus Investment Delivery team, you’ll provide leadership and coordination across investment programmes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality, while supporting colleagues and delivering services that contribute to the Torus vision.
This full-time, permanent role is based in Warrington, with travel to other sites as required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the coordination of administrative and programme support across the Investment Delivery team.
- Set up, monitor, and report on all investment projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
- Audit and maintain electronic data, ensuring GDPR compliance and accuracy.
- Support programme performance monitoring across the Torus portfolio, ensuring successful completion of workstreams.
- Use technical expertise to update asset, housing, and financial management systems, issue works, and monitor purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with Section 20 and Party Wall legislation, issuing and monitoring notices and liaising with specialists where required.
- Act as a gatekeeper for projects issued by the Strategy and Planning team, ensuring full information is provided.
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff, supporting recruitment, development, performance management, and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and local authorities to maximise project design and delivery outcomes.
- Support financial compliance, risk management, and drive efficiencies across Asset Management.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and value for money (VFM) in all investment programmes.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in coordinating and delivering investment or asset management programmes.
- Level 4 qualification in business administration or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in a social housing/ Asset Management environment
- Knowledge of housing, Section 20, Party Wall legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience of developing stock condition and planning processes in an asset management environment
- Technical expertise in asset, housing, and financial management systems.
Interview Process:
The interview will include an Excel-based assessment alongside competency questions, designed to evaluate your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively. Interviews will take place on Monday 15th September and Thursday 18th September.
