The role
As our Apprenticeship & Funding Manager, you will:
✔ Manage the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship and professional qualification programmes.
✔ Oversee levy accounts and CITB funding to ensure maximum return on investment.
✔ Build strong partnerships with providers, mentors, and internal stakeholders.
✔ Support learners on their career journeys – from apprentices to experienced colleagues.
✔ Represent Axis CLC at skills events, careers fairs, and industry forums.
✔ Champion compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A strong understanding of UK Apprenticeships, levy rules, and funding mechanisms.
- Experience working with training providers, colleges, and funding agencies.
- A proven track record of managing apprenticeships or skills development programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and financial skills.
- A passion for helping people grow through education and training.
