The Role
We’re looking for someone to join our team as an Inbound Appointment Setter. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads that come in through Meta ads, calling them within 5 to 10 minutes of their submission to qualify them. If they’re a good fit, you’ll book them in for a sales call.
You’ll also follow up on older leads and make sure that no potential client slips through the cracks. You’ll be working with leads from a range of industries, so you'll get a variety of conversations each day!
The role requires good communication skills, the ability to engage leads quickly, and a knack for turning those conversations into booked appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Call inbound leads that are generated through Meta ads, within 5 to 10 minutes of submission.
- Have quick, 2 to 5-minute conversations to qualify leads.
- Book appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on older leads and ensure no one gets left behind.
- Log the outcome of each call in Go High Level to ensure transparency for our clients.
- Maintain our SLAs and ensure calls are made quickly and efficiently.
You will be making 100+ calls a day in this role to WARM LEADS looking for the service or to book and appointment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in sales or a customer-facing role where you’ve communicated with warm leads.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You should be able to have friendly, professional, and clear conversations with leads.
- Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully converted leads into booked appointments.
- Objection Handling: You can confidently handle objections, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities to book calls.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems (bonus if you’ve used Go High Level).
- Quick and Reactive: You can make calls as leads come through between 9 am – 5 pm, though you won’t need to work the full day, just respond quickly as leads come in.
- Flexible and Organised: You can manage your time well, going back through old leads and staying on top of calls.
