Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on client availability and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using software tools.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the appointment scheduling process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide relevant information about potential clients.
- Utilise telemarketing techniques to maximise outreach efforts and improve appointment conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on client interactions to help refine your approach and improve overall effectiveness.
Skills
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in using software applications, for tracking leads and managing appointments.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of customer engagement strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques for improving appointment generation efforts.
