Job Title: Amenities Concierge - Luxurious Residential Estate Near Canary Wharf

Job Summary:

The Amenities Concierge team will provide a high standard of service to our residents and their guests within the amenity spaces at South Quay Plaza.

Responsibilities:

Serving residents, guests, and visitors soft and alcoholic drinks
Assisting / demonstrating to them how to use the self-service drinks machines (For example wine machines, coffee machines, beer taps)
Clearing and cleaning tables / areas
Re stocking of drinks and drinks machines
Monitoring and maintaining high standards
Opening and closing venues/amenities
Bookings management
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene
Hosting and providing service at resident events
Using our IT systems
Receiving deliveries including wine, beer kegs, soft drinks, snacks etc.
Assisting residents in using equipment as required – for example within the screening room
Processing & reconciling payments
Stock management and administration
Working with your line manager to ensure we remain conscious of budgets
May be required to assist other departments such as Concierge
Any other duties as reasonably required

The Role and the Benefits:

Shift Pattern vary between 7:00am and 11:30pm. All shifts will be for a total of 8,5 hours per shift with 30-min paid break. The total amount of paid hours per week will be 42,5 hours, 5 shifts per week.
28 days paid holiday in each holiday year. The usual public holidays in England will be considered a normal working day.
