Overview
To meet an increasing demand for Airbnb cleaning across Stirlingshire we're looking for reliable and detail-oriented self-employed cleaners to join our team.
Due to the nature of Airbnb cleaning work, requirements will vary week-to-week and we're looking for flexibility across a 7 day period to cover for short notice bookings, although most will be booked well in advance. Changeovers vary from 2hrs minimum to 4hrs, with the hourly rate being £14/ph. For the successful candidate additional permanent (guaranteed) hours will be available for our domestic private household clients, up to a max of 30 hours per week.
All cleaning products provided Flexible school hours available between 9 am - 3pm. Own transport beneficial, be able to provide references and willing to apply for an up-to-date disclosure Scotland check.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the properties you clean.
- Manage your time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
