The business is now entering an exciting phase of growth with the opening of the sister clinic, ICONIC Wellness, next door in Autumn 2025 — a dedicated space for holistic wellbeing and advanced therapies. This is an excellent time to join our team as we expand into a full-circle destination for both aesthetics and wellness.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse or Doctor/Dentist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in aesthetic medicine and a passion for enhancing patient confidence through safe, effective, and natural-looking non-surgical treatments.
The successful candidate will combine clinical expertise with an artistic eye and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding results and a high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patients’ goals, expectations, and medical history
- Administer a range of aesthetic treatments including:
- Injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, Profhilo, etc.)
- Skin rejuvenation and advanced skin therapies (Chemical Peels)
- Laser and energy-based treatments (training can be provided if required)
- Develop bespoke treatment plans that prioritise patient safety and satisfaction
- Provide clear patient education on aftercare and long-term skin health
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Work collaboratively with the ICONIC team to deliver an exceptional patient journey
- Stay up to date with the latest industry techniques, products, and safety standards
About You
- NMC-registered Nurse (with prescribing rights) or GMC-registered Doctor/GDC - registered Dentist
- Previous experience in aesthetic medicine is highly desirable, although Dr Kerri is happy to offer mentoring to the right candidate
- Confident in injectables and facial anatomy, with an understanding of natural aesthetics
- Enthusiastic about skincare, skin health, and continuous professional development
- Professional and approachable, with strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Committed to patient safety, ethics, and providing excellent care
