Admissions & Financial Assistance Associate

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, highly organised, and keen to help families start their journey in an international school? ACS International School Cobham is seeking an Admissions & Financial Assistance Associate to join our welcoming team.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Guide families through the admissions journey, from first enquiry to a smooth first day at school.
- Act as the main contact for our Financial Assistance Programme (FAP) managing enquiries, applications, offers, and ongoing support for award recipients.
- Coordinate onboarding for new students, ensuring every detail is in place for a great start.Lead tours, assist with open days, and represent ACS at feeder schools and events.Maintain accurate admissions and financial assistance records, producing reports and statistics as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Confident, warm communicator with strong interpersonal skills – in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Comfortable with data entry and school systems (experience with OpenApply, PowerSchool, or similar is an advantage).
- Proactive and flexible team player, willing to get involved in school life.
- Experience in school admissions or knowledge of the IB, AP, or other curricula is a plus.
The details:
- Part-time (0.8 of full-time) year-round role, based onsite at Cobham.
- Some travel and occasional weekend work (time off in lieu provided).
- Mix of general admissions (50–95% of workload depending on the season) and financial assistance programme administration (5–50%).
