Educate Excellence is seeking a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Marketing & Admissions Officer to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends telemarketing, sales, and admissions consulting, and is ideal for someone passionate about education, communication, and conversion-driven outreach.
Role Overview
As our Marketing & Admissions Officer, you will play a vital role in converting warm and hot leads into booked consultations and successful enrolments. You'll be the bridge between the marketing team and the enrolment process, ensuring prospective families receive an exceptional first impression of Educate Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Telemarketing & Lead Conversion
- Call medium and hot leads generated through our field teams and marketing channels.
- Follow up promptly and professionally with parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Book consultations with prospective parents using Calendly and internal systems.
Admissions Consultations & Sales
- Conduct high-quality parent consultations, in person and online, guiding families through the services we offer.
- Listen to parent concerns, build trust, and clearly explain how Educate Excellence supports student success.
- Present tailored class options, pricing, and benefits based on the child’s needs.
- Manage the full admissions cycle from enquiry to sign-up.
Sales Process Management
- Track leads and outcomes on our CRM system (Monday.com).
- Support with refining sales scripts and consultation formats.
- Meet and exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve the parent journey.
Role Details
- Location: Hybrid (Work from home + In-centre at Streatham)
- Hours: Flexible | Evening and weekend availability required
- Salary: £28,500 per annum pro rata + performance-based bonuses
- Start Date: ASAP
