This is an exciting opportunity to undertake the busy and dynamic role of Senior Admissions Assistant within Undergraduate Admissions which is a thriving department of the University of Warwick.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
You will be customer-focussed, self-motivated and an adaptable team player, who is equally capable of working independently. You will be well-organised, capable of prioritising, and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. You will be proficient in IT, with experience of using complex databases, and have strong communication skills. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to understand the use of established procedures and follow them accurately.
