The role includes a wide range of duties such as;
- Meeting & greeting customers
- Answering phones & transferring calls
- Generating quotes & processing orders for walk-in customers
- Post, filing, emailing, photocopying, & scanning
- Managing stationery orders
- Customer & Supplier Invoice input
- Cash handling & processing card payments
- General admin tasks using Microsoft Office
- First Aid - Appointed Person
- Fire Marshall - Appointed Person
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
