About Us:
We are a growing car dealership based in Sunderland, known for offering quality vehicles and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help the team run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties (filing, data entry, managing records)
- Assisting with customer documentation and correspondence
- Coordinating appointments and schedules for sales or service
- Maintaining inventory records and helping update vehicle listings
- Supporting the sales and management team with ad-hoc tasks
- Managing incoming calls and emails professionally
- Organising and maintaining office supplies and systems
Desirable Skills (Not essential, but a bonus):
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge (e.g. using Xero, QuickBooks, or spreadsheets)
- Photography skills to help with vehicle listings.
- HR or parroll experience
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using computers and office software (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Previous admin experience preferred, but not essential
