Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with Quick books accounts, knowledge of VAT returns and payroll, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and clerical tasks.
- Manage office correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Quick Books applications.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Skills
- Proven office experience with a focus on administrative duties.
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential, (Any accounts software is OK)
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding invoicing and vat administration
