Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining ledger accounts for projects
- Support in bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly UK project funding reports (cash flow forecasting)
- Support invoice processing and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts with external tax accountants
- Support the review and preparation of VAT and corporate tax returns
- Assist in generating monthly project management reports
- Assist in ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis for local management requirements
- Support the finance team in bringing bookkeeping in-house onto Sage Intacct
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by management

Your Profile
- AAT qualification is preferred, not a must
- 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting (real estate sector experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on approach with attention to detail
