OHGB Ltd is seeking a bright and motivated individual to join our Accounts Team on a permanent basis.
The role will suit someone with a background in office administration, who is keen to take on the duties required to support a busy finance department, or an individual with a solid base of skills across transactional accounting with a desire to expand their knowledge across all areas of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
Duties will include:
- monitoring credit limits and gathering information to set up new accounts
- ensuring customer information is up to date
- collating documentation to assist customers in their payments
- generating reports on debtor levels and transactional activity
- dealing with credit note requests and monitoring order releases
- assisting the team with any ad hoc needs during busy periods
This role is to start as soon as the right person is available, and will be based in very well appointed office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, vibrant business.
