About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. This role has opened due to the planned retirement of a long-standing team member.
Based in Corby, you’ll play an important role in supporting our accounts department and ensuring smooth financial operations day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Handling payments and assisting with bank reconciliations
- Supporting VAT returns and basic payroll functions
- Maintaining accurate records and ledgers
- Assisting with general financial admin and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar accounts or finance role
- Good working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A positive, proactive attitude
