Are you an organised and friendly administrator looking for part-time work with flexibility? We’re looking for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our team in Wolverhampton to provide maternity cover — starting the week commencing 11 August 2025.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in finance admin or credit control who enjoys a varied role and a supportive team environment. You'll play a key part in keeping our accounts function running smoothly, with flexibility around your working days and hours.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Chasing outstanding payments from customers professionally and proactively
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with general customer or supplier queries
- Processing invoices and updating financial records accurately
- Supporting general office admin including filing and data entry
- Liaising with the wider team to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts-based role
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Organised, reliable, and happy to pitch in as part of a small team
- The right to work in the UK
