Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.
The Role
The agency is looking for an Account Executive preferably with previous agency experience in B2B marketing, to join the 15 strong Client Services team. You may have experience in a similar role for a creative or digital agency, or work experience within an agency. You will be supported and guided by an Account Director or Account Manager in managing projects and relationships of a group of industrial manufacturing accounts throughout Europe and US. You will meet clients face to face, attend Teams weekly calls, fulfil client’s marketing calendars with planned marketing activities as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.
Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City centre offices.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Operations team to book and prioritise work/resources
- Tracking hours/budget on projects
- Monitoring quality and deadlines
- Collating contact reports and briefing/scheduling work into studio
- Support the Account Director or Account Manager in delivering clients’ annual strategic marketing plans
- Building on and establishing new relationships
- Day-to-day management of multiple projects from start to finish

Package
Salary £25,500- £30,000 depending on experience
25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with service) PLUS your birthday off
