Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Coordinator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic success of our students by coordinating various educational programmes and initiatives. This position requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and the ability to educate both students and staff on academic policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee academic programmes that enhance student learning experiences.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment of curriculum with educational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic pathways, course selection, and programme requirements.
- Organise workshops, seminars, and training sessions aimed at improving educational outcomes.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and programme effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to facilitate communication and resolve any academic issues.

Experience
- A degree in Health and Social Care or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in an educational setting or academic coordination is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on educating others.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software for programme management.
- A commitment to continuous professional development in the field of education.
- Proficiency Expert level in Microsoft excel is mandatory
