Job Purpose:
The Workplace Co-ordinator role is responsible for managing the general office FM duties including but not limited to Hospitality, post, visitor management, stationery & building checks. This role provides essential services to the business in an efficient, timely manner to both internal and external clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and managing the workplace & cleaning teams to deliver an authentic first-class service
- Ensure our brand and cultures are fully delivered by all our team members
- Promote the service offering internally and externally to deliver growth within the region
- Support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all site activities are carried out effectively
- To ensure customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Support and attend internal and client review meetings
- Develop and work to a standard set of operating procedures processes
- To assist in any other reasonable duties as required by your colleagues, managers or clients
- Identify new initiatives to constantly improve service delivery
- Vendor and supplier management
- Mail Room and courier management services
- Front of house including reception
- Staff management and development
- Customer and client management
- Contract development
Person specification:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Demonstrate teamwork, responsibility, problem solving and communication
- Proficient in Outlook
- Ensure communication is client focused and consistent
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines
