a key leadership role working directly under the Company Director.
Your job: lead the crew, work on the tools, keep the site running sharp and take pressure off the top.
Based at 65 Duke Street, Darlington
Full-time | Permanent | Immediate Start

What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading on-site teams (residential & commercial builds)
- Working alongside the crew, setting the pace
- Handling materials, safety, subs & reporting progress
What You Will Need:
- Trade background (bricklaying, carpentry, etc.)
- Site leadership experience
- Full UK licence + tools
- A good attitude and strong communication
