The Opportunity
Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Warehouse Operative/Trainee Driver to join their Warehouse and Logistics team at their Waterlooville site and go through a fast-track training and application process for a Class 2 HGV license.

This role is integral to our distribution operation where you’ll be working in a professional environment, as a key part of the wider Regional Distribution Centre team. We are looking for a candidate that is able to share our passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Shifts will be between the working hours of 06:00am-17:00pm Monday-Friday.
The role:
Duties will specifically cover the following areas – Warehouse Operative:
- Picking sales orders accurately ensuring targets are met
- Use of barcode scanning handheld devices to record goods in, picking and product movements
- Assisting with additional dispatch, goods in and loading tasks
- Wrap, secure and accurately label finished goods
- Loading vehicles with finished product
- General daily checks and housekeeping duties
- Assisting with stock takes if required
Duties will specifically cover the following areas – Driver (once qualified):
- Multi drop deliveries covering the South Coast
- Working to deadlines
- Work well within a team environment
- Helping ensure health and safety standards and procedures are met
Key Skills and Operational Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experienced on any FLT but pivot steer (aisle master) forklift is preferred.
- Experienced in using handheld scanning devices
- Great eye for detail
- Passion and self-motivation
