Receptionist / Bookkeeper
Key responsibilities
OneAgency Group is seeking a highly organised and super friendly individual to take on the role of receptionist and accounts support at our Norwich HQ.
The role will involve a mix of office management duties at our beautiful new office building, situated on the river front in central Norwich, as well as supporting our growing accounts department across the group businesses. Both sides of the role will require a strong attention to detail and sense of professional pride.

Facilities
Managing the day to day operational side of agency life
Managing client meetings (booking, greeting and refreshments)
Ensuring the office and meeting rooms are well organised and welcoming
Answering and routing incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Ordering supplies and organising transport for the wider team as required
Accounts
Day to day support to the group finance manager
Data input
Bank reconciliation
Purchase ordering system management
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Qualifications and skills required
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task effectively
Experience with Excel and other Microsoft packages preferred
Sage experience (or other accounts software) preferred
Full training will be given so a willingness to learn is a must!
This position is office based and could be a full-time or a reduced hours role, we will accommodate to fit the best person.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
