- Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians and ensuring Health & Safety standards are always followed
- Ensuring all customers are served politely, promptly, and with accurate stock levels
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer-based tools
- Managing and prioritising a busy workload, reporting any issues to the operational management team
- Performing van driving duties as part of daily responsibilities operations
- Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and solution-focused
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations
- Comfortable using computers – ideally with WMS experience
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules
- A Category B driving licence is essentian
