The Café Supervisor will work operationally to run and oversee operations of the Café/Venue, including day hires and events. They will manage the Café/Venue FOH team, ensuring excellence and exceeding customer expectations. They will cover shifts during periods of leave (including weekends and occasional evenings) and act as an Ambassador for The Commemoration Hall Charity. This role involves front of house and kitchen and bar duties, adherence to Health and Safety standards, and dealing with customer feedback and operational issues. You will also encourage the team to share product knowledge to maximise sales and act as the liaison between the café team and the Head of Venue Operations.

They will cover shifts during periods of leave (including weekdays, weekends and evenings) and act as an Ambassador for The Commemoration Hall Charity. This role involves front of house, kitchen and bar duties, adherence to Health and Safety standards, and dealing with customer feedback and operational issues. You will also encourage the team to share product knowledge to maximise sales and act as the liaison between the events team and the Head of Venue Operations.

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
