Job Title: Venue Operations Lead
Location: Almondsbury, BS32
Job Type: Full-time (including evenings/weekends)
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on leader to join our growing team at Almondsbury Creative — a dynamic pub, live music venue and community hub.
This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take a step up and bring energy, structure and consistency to a much-loved independent venue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily venue operations (bar, front of house, events)
- Lead shifts with confidence, setting high standards and supporting staff
- Train and motivate team members to deliver great customer experiences
- Handle basic admin tasks like rotas, stock checks and incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health & safety protocols
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role (e.g. shift supervisor, bar manager, floor manager)
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Someone calm under pressure who leads by example
- Reliability, pride in the job, and a hands-on attitude
