Calling All Coffee Enthusiasts! Barista Cafe Supervisor Wanted
The Duck and Teapot is looking for a friendly and efficient Barista Cafe Supervisor to join our energetic team!

About the Role:
As our Barista/Cafe Supervisor, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our cafe. You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving a range of high-quality coffee drinks and other beverages.
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Operating the till and handling payments and cashing up accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.
- Supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a barista is essential.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine love for coffee and a willingness to learn.
The Details:
- Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week.
- Pay: £13.12 per hour.
