Due to continued growth Cambridge Vending Solutions are delighted to offer multiple positions to dedicated and proactive people in order to manage and maintain vending services across various locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the vending machines are stocked, remain operational, and providing excellent service to customers.
This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
Cambridge Vending Solutions are based on the outskirts of Cambridge with an ever growing machine base throughout East Anglia & London. Our vending operators are responsible for a number of sites on a designated route in this area, with occasional visits back to the depot for stock collection etc. Full training is provided, along with a company van for use throughout the working day.
We pride ourselves on offering a very competitive salary of £12.71PH/£26,436 PA for a 40 hour working week, which is due for review in September.
We also offer bonus schemes and employee engagement programmes following completion of our standard 3 month probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Regularly visit as per route schedule to check and restock vending machines, ensuring they are operational, fully stocked and hygiene levels are maintained.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, addressing any technical issues or malfunctions promptly with support of the in house technical team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to the vending services.
- Keep accurate records of meter readings, visits and maintenance activities for reporting purposes via the supplied operating software.
- Ensure provided vehicle remains clean, organized and fully maintained at all times.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage stock effectively.
- Administrative skills for maintaining documentation and reporting on operations efficiently.
- Full UK driving licence required.
