Coffee & Snack Vending Machine Operative
Due to continued growth and new contracts, we are expanding our team and seeking reliable, motivated Coffee & Snack Vending Machine Operatives to join our friendly, on-the-road team.
The Role
As a Coffee & Snack Vending Operative, you'll be responsible for:
- Restocking and maintaining our Fresh Coffee & Snack vending machines across multiple client sites
- Driving a company Sprinter van (collected daily from our North Milton Keynes depot)
- Using our telematics system to manage routes and monitor machine stock levels
- Servicing, Repairing & Maintaining Coffee & Snack Vending Machines
- Cleaning and checking machines for hygiene, functionality, and product rotation
- Installing Coffee & Snack Vending Machines
- Providing telephone support to customers
- Organising and planning your route and stock the day before
- Acting as a positive representative of the company on client premises
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, stocked, and roadworthy
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 5 years)
- Minimum 3 years' experience driving company vans
- Self-motivated, reliable and organised
- Confident working independently
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
- Able to carry out basic mechanical checks or minor repairs (training provided)
- Previous vending or field service experience is desirable but not essential
Due to some high-security clients, successful candidates may be required to pass a DBS check and vetting clearance.
Hours
- Full-time: 40–48 hours per week
- Some flexibility in start/finish times required
- Occasional weekend &/or evening hours

Additional Info
- Travel required across the UK (starting from Milton Keynes base)
- Our depot is located in a rural area with limited public transport – own transport essential to reach the site
