Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

At Kyndryl, communication isn’t just about sharing information—it’s about shaping culture, inspiring teams, and supporting transformation. As our UK&I Communications Lead , you’ll play a central role in developing and delivering strategies that connect, engage, and empower our people across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting directly to the Communications Director, you’ll be a key partner in planning, creating, and executing internal and external communication campaigns that support Kyndryl’s business goals and culture. You’ll find and tell the stories that matter—amplifying voices from across our business, and ensuring our message resonates from the boardroom to every corner of the organization.

If you’re a passionate communicator who thrives on building relationships, loves seeking out compelling stories, and wants to help shape the voice of a dynamic, growing business, we want to hear from you.

Ready to lead conversations that drive connection and change? Apply today and join us.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Communications Director to design and implement creative, impactful communication strategies—internally and externally.

  • Develop content and campaigns that bring Kyndryl’s culture, values, and objectives to life, including business updates, announcements, newsletters, videos, and leader blogs.

  • Build strong connections across the business, proactively seeking out and sharing stories that celebrate our people and achievements.

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, such as town halls, webinars, and special events.

  • Manage and evolve our internal communications channels (including SharePoint and newsletters) to ensure effective, accessible messaging.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts and our PR agency to develop local storylines and respond to media inquiries.

  • Support our external reputation through social media, CSR initiatives, and market media monitoring.

  • Analyze communications metrics to measure and continuously improve the impact of our work.

Who You Are

  • Degree-qualified in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar communications role (agency background is a plus).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you’re comfortable crafting everything from strategic campaigns to day-to-day updates.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • A proactive, creative team player who builds rapport at every level.

  • Comfortable with digital tools; experience with SharePoint, graphic design, or video editing is an advantage.

  • Passionate about storytelling, brand reputation, and bringing people together.

Being You

Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are. We welcome people of all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. But we’re not doing it single-handily: Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are only one of many ways we create a workplace where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice. This dedication to welcoming everyone into our company means that Kyndryl gives you – and everyone next to you – the ability to bring your whole self to work, individually and collectively, and support the activation of our equitable culture. That’s the Kyndryl Way.
