Location: Hybrid working, Chelmsford Headquarters 2 days per week

We’re looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Lead to join ECL’s Marketing and Communications Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and deliver our internal communications strategy, ensuring our diverse, multi-site workforce stays informed, inspired, and connected.

You’ll lead on planning and delivering internal campaigns and engagement events, using a variety of channels to reach and resonate with all colleagues helping to foster a sense of belonging and shared purpose across the organisation.

About You

To be considered as Internal Communications and Engagement Lead, you need:

  • Previous experience in an internal communications role
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging and accessible content
  • Experience with running internal communication campaigns and events
  • Strong experience of change management
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • A thorough understanding on internal communication channels and strategies
