What You’ll Do:
· Utilize your retail travel experience to create exceptional travel experiences for clients, tailoring each trip to their unique needs and preferences.
· Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
· Communicate confidently and effectively through various channels, including in-person, over the phone, and via online platforms.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging destinations, and travel products.
· Meet sales targets and work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch goals.
