We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions and facilitating communication across departments.
Flexibility is a must for this role, as hours may extend beyond the usual depending upon day to day activities or unforeseen circumstances
Duties
- Daily Routing/Routes optimisation
- Driver communication/phone calls, etc
- Daily communication/link between Head office & Harlow depot
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
- Planning of large contract roll-outs
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in office management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with computerised systems and software applications, including MS Office
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
