RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a Scottish software pioneer, transforming how law firms manage their practice with our innovative CaseLoad platform. Backed by a global leader in legal technology, we're accelerating into a dynamic phase of growth with big ambitions to become Scotland’s go-to solution for legal case management.

To support our continued expansion, we’re growing our Implementation Team and looking for a talented and motivated Training and Implementation Consultant. If you’re passionate about client success and eager to make a difference in legal technology, this is your moment.

The Role

As a Training and Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the essential link between the business and our clients during their onboarding journey. Whether you’re guiding brand-new users or helping seasoned firms adopt new features, you’ll ensure they get the very best from Caseload.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our 6-person Training & Implementation Team, collaborating across departments including Data Migration, Software Development, Technical Support, and Business Development to deliver smooth rollouts and high-quality training experiences.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in legal practice or legal tech, who thrives on communication & attention to detail, and creating real impact for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end implementations: system setup, client configuration, and user training
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to support project success
  • Translating complex legal and accounts processes into seamless system functionality
  • Delivering tailored training via remote sessions and in-person visits — from one-to-one to group formats
  • Creating support materials like video tutorials and training documents
  • Following up post-implementation to ensure successful adoption and client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues and spot enhancement opportunities
  • Integrating third-party apps with CaseLoad where required
  • Staying current on platform updates and legal tech trends

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with legal case management systems (e.g. Denovo, LEAP, Clio, Lawware)
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and operations
  • Proven experience managing client onboarding or software implementations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Business analysis experience (e.g. requirements gathering, UAT, mapping)
  • Strong grasp of software training and user mentoring
  • Change management and client success know-how
  • Eagerness to quickly get to grips with software updates
  • Familiarity with legal accounts/cashroom processes
  • High IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and remote meeting tools

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Background in a legal department or firm
  • Experience using Caseload
  • SOLAS qualification
  • Experience working remotely or in a hybrid legal tech environment

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000, based on experience
  • Hybrid working with flexibility and occasional client site visits
  • Private medical insurance
  • Company pension scheme
  • Full onboarding and mentorship
  • All IT equipment provided
  • A supportive, team-oriented work culture
  • The opportunity to be part of Scotland’s most exciting legal tech growth story

If you’re ready to help transform the legal industry in Scotland and thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment - we’d love to hear from you. Send your CV and cover letter to be considered for this position.
