Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Timesheet Administrator to join our team in managing the weekly operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing company timesheets ensuring data entry and calculations are transferred accurately for weekly submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely data entry and calculation of weekly timesheets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review the submission of timesheets to ensure valid data transfer for everyone.
- Liaise with managers and wider team with timesheet queries.
- Main point of contact for timesheet queries, answering incoming calls and actioning various inboxes.
- Maintain relevant records and ensure information is up to date.
- Set- up new starters on company systems and verify right to work checks.
- Trustworthy and confidential.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office software (Excel)
- Good working knowledge of GDPR and Right to Work legislation
- Previous experience processing Timesheets and/or Payroll
- High level of accuracy - conscientious
- Methodical and organised administration
- Experience working under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Build rapport and develop professional relationships with staff, contractors and customers
