Shifts: Average 33.25 hours per week with alternating weekends. Involving day shifts 6–8 hours long.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Tills & Customer Services Assistant, your responsibilities are:
• Meeting and Greeting at customer services
• Providing GREAT customer service
• Managing and processing returns
• Managing Supplier visits and contact
• Answering phones and processing customer and supplier queries
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person
• Managing customer complaints
• Jumping on the Tills in peak times
• Making customer announcements
• Processing cash and debit/credit card transactions
• Processing Events and Grotto tickets
