Location: Otley Garden Centre
Hours: An average of 31.75 hours per week.
Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays 8:30am – 5pm, plus alternating weekends.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to become a part of our Tills and Customer Services team at Otley Garden Centre. If you enjoy motivating and engaging a team of people, have previous supervisory or team leader experience, then we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Coach & develop the team to ensure they are engaged & performing to their potential
• Ensure the tills are operated correctly and resolve any issues, problems, or repairs
• Ensure all cash office reconciliations are carried out, correct & reported to Finance
• Receipt of stock, ensuring accurate stock count and conducting regular stock takes
• Ensuring the department is well stocked, presented and merchandised
• Respond to customer enquires & social media within expected time frames
• Management of customer expectations and responding to queries within 24 hours
• Management of returns policy to ensure all members of the team can deal with any returns
• Deputising for the manager in their absence
