Internationally, Fedcap has nearly 90 years of experience, supporting over 245,000 people annually to help improve their economic well-being and their quality of life through education, health, employability and economic development practice areas.

Drawing on the experience and scale of the Fedcap Group Fedcap Group, the UK delivers a growing portfolio of programmes, to deliver holistic solutions that meet local and national priorities and empower individuals to thrive.

We deliver leading employability solutions across a range of UK contracts and local frontline professional teams. Our services are more vital than ever before to individuals and their wider communities.

At Fedcap, we embed social value in how we work - from who we hire, to who we partner with, to how we deliver services that create lasting change. Whether that’s supporting a young parent into their first job, helping someone return after time away from work due to health or personal circumstances, or supporting a small business become more inclusive - our mission is to create impact where it matters most.

Delivery Programme – Connect to Work

Subject to contract award, Connect to Work will support Lancashire residents facing barriers to employment, including those with disabilities, health conditions or other challenges. This new government-funded programme, part of the national Get Britain Working strategy, will offer personalised one-to-one guidance from Employment Specialists, rapid job search and sustained in-work support. Participants will benefit from vocational profiling, skills development, access to training and help with workplace adjustments. We will work closely with employers to create inclusive opportunities, ensuring roles match individual strengths and aspirations.

Our community-based approach will build trust, remove barriers and help people secure and thrive in meaningful long-term employment.

Lead the Way to Meaningful Employment!

As a Team Leader on the Connect to Work programme, you’ll lead a team of Employment Specialists supporting people with health conditions, disabilities or complex barriers into sustainable work. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining fidelity to the IPS model, and ensuring every customer receives consistent, person-centred support.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coach and support colleagues, and lead reflective supervision to maintain quality and wellbeing. As a leader, you’ll bring clarity, accountability and care, balancing performance management with practical support. You’ll hold a small caseload yourself, modelling high-quality delivery and providing insight into what your team needs to succeed.

You’ll be managing a team working across a range of community and health settings, ensuring delivery remains consistent, connected and high-performing — wherever it happens. This is a pivotal role connecting frontline practice with programme leadership, using insight and data to strengthen outcomes for participants and employers.
