An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Department of Clinical Health Psychology & Neuropsychology, based at Charing Cross Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT).
We are looking for a Full-Time Team Administrator who will support delivery of a modern, effective, patient-focused administrative service within a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and positive team player. The candidate will need to have experience of working in a healthcare administrative setting.
Excellent leadership skills and good communication skills are essential.

We promote autonomy in our departmental administrator and encourage them to use their initiative in their area of work.
The successful candidate will have good organisational skills, be able to work effectively within the team and have a polite and sensitive approach to people often presenting with psychological distress and/or cognitive problems.
Previous administrative experience, previous use of large electronic databases, computer literacy, good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times are essential.
The post holder will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and ensuring robust administrative processes exist within the Department of Clinical Health Psychology & Neuropsychology .
The post holder will act as an interface between the clinical staff, management, ICHT admin staff, other staff within the Trust, referrers, and patients and their families / carers.
The post holder must be able to organise their own workload within defined guidelines.
