Role: Talent Acquisition Administrator (FTC- 3 Months)

Department: HR

Reports to: Talent and Employer Brand Manager

Key Relationships: Recruitment Specialists, Store Managers, Senior Store Managers, Area Managers, Head of Retail, local and global HR team, LHO stakeholders

Rituals, a leading wellbeing brand dedicated to creating transformative experiences, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team!

You will report to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager and support the wider Talent team on all hiring activities for retail recruitment across the UK and Ireland during the peak period. Helping to find best in class talent for our stores over this  busy time of year! This is a fixed term contract of 3 months, starting September 2025. This role is for a savvy administrator who has a keen eye for attention to detail. They will know ‘what good looks like’ and be able to transfer those skills into sourcing the very best holiday helpers. We have a team of three fantastic Recruitment Specialists who will work closely with you along the way and mentor you, should Recruitment be something you’d like to gain further exposure in.

We do require this role to be in our central London office 4 days a week. Tuesday & Thursday are our ‘anchor’ days where we connect with all of our lovely colleagues.
