We are looking for a Systems Support Coordinator to be based at our site in Grange park site (NN4 5FB )This role involves 4 day working remote (Subject to Business Requirements).

As a Systems Support Coordinator you will Provide Support to various stakeholders on multiple Systems for the Healthcare and IFF units. Update systems as required.

This a Part -time, permanent position offering a salary of £20,000- £22,500 (depending on experience).

The working scheduling is predominantly a Monday – Friday with flexible working hours from 8:00-15:00, 9:00-16:00, or 10:00-17:00,

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain data in multiple systems to ensure pricing rules, Conditions, condition relations and other data are kept up to date.
  • Owning the new user set up across the different systems. Liaising with relevant Both Internal and External stakeholders to arrange set up of new system.
  • Deliver training to external stakeholders on various systems to high a level and offering support as needed.
  • Identify root cause of process functionality failures and provide solutions
  • Maintaining the request for service log, ensuring comments are accurate and items are closed in a timely manner.



Key Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge TMS (CarLo and Yunas – Desirable)
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Excellent Excel skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.0.
