£28,000

The Systems Specialist provides an important service within our business, and is a valuable member of our IM&T team of specialists, managing systems, securing data, supporting users and ensuring technology enables efficient, compliant healthcare operations.

Who are we looking for?
It's a brilliant time to join the IM&T team at Cora Health. The Systems Specialist is responsible for managing and developing electronic patient record systems including SystmOne, Soliton, ICE, and PACS. You'll serve as the subject matter expert for clinical systems, providing advanced support while working closely with clinical and operational teams to optimise workflows, enhance system functionality, and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.

The Systems Specialist will lead system design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionalities, troubleshoot complex configuration issues, and manage high-priority system changes. You'll also support service setup and integration to ensure systems meet clinical and operational needs.

We'd like to see
  • Experience in NHS settings across primary, secondary, and community care
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to support mapping clinical and operational processes into EPR systems
  • Incident management and task prioritisation skills
  • SystmOne training and certifications (desirable)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (desirable)
This important role will provide opportunities for the Systems Specialist to conduct regular reviews of system performance, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and support transformation initiatives while contributing to strategic service planning.

If this could be your perfect role, why not call Bruce direct on 07957 845533 for more information or to request a full job description as the above is only a snapshot. Alternatively, email your CV to: talent@corahealth.co.uk
